Return Policy

 

Sizing can be hard!  Sizes vary between swimsuit brands and sometimes the cut of the suit just fits your body differently.  Baystone Swimwear is happy to offer returns and exchanges on any unworn suit with original tags and liners attached.

Please be sure to read our sizing chart, which details the style and fit of each of our pieces.  All swimwear stretches after the first few wears.  Get them wet a few times and they will give quite a bit and mold to the body perfectly.  A swimsuit should be snug, but not too tight!

Return Policy

We accept returns of unwashed, unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or Store Credit.

We ask that the following criteria are met:

• Item(s) must be in original condition with tags and hygiene seal remaining in place.
• Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.  At this time, we are unable to offer refunds on shipping for anything other than faulty items.

Are Returns Free?

The shipping cost derived from returning item(s) for an exchange or refund is not covered or reimbursed by Baystone Swimwear.

Return Process

To initiate a return please email sales@baystoneswim.com with the email used to place the order and order number. 

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece(s) out or a refund will be issued to the payment card (item price excluding shipping costs).

Baystone Swimwear cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service with tracking to return goods.
